I save way too much stuff from work, for reasons that only a shrink could fathom. After discovering scanning several years ago it occurred to me that the best way to get the paraphernalia out of boxes, off the shelves, and out of storage, would be to put some of it on a tumblr.
So that’s what you’ve got here. Generally, this online library focuses on my work life until I started Frederator Studios, my cartoon production company, in 1997. That is, excepting Fred/Alan, the partnership with Alan Goodman from 1983 until 1992, and Next New Networks, the internet company I founded in 2007 and built with Emil Rensing, Jed Simmons, Herb Scannell, and Tim Shey (and was acquired by Google’s YouTube in 2011). My blog is here, and my random tumblr scrapbook is here.
No, the archive isn’t complete, by any means. And it can be relatively chaotic, given that I randomly pull things out of files and put them up as I can face them; I try to keep things somewhat organized with the tags on the posts. Leave any comments you’d like —pro or con— and please correct me when my aging memory has failed .
